Refund and Returns Policy

Product is guaranteed free from manufacturing defects. If after 30 days from date of purchase the product does not meet the customer’s needs, the product can be returned. Returns must include proof of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please send an email to: kelly@jagproductsinc.com indicating you would like to return the JAG Product items, and reason for a return. Upon receiving the email, a representative from JAG Products will review and contact customer. Customer will be allowed either a product replacement, or full refund within the 30 day time.
